Long-tailed Skipper

The top of its body is a pretty teal blue.
In this picture you can see its proboscis. It works like a straw that goes deep into the flower to suck out the nectar.

    Hi, I was trying to identify an insect and find this nice blog! very interesting! and I think the insect is a skipper because it has this claw-like proboscis. Thanks
